At Prosperous Panda, I combine my 20+ years of aerospace defense engineering experience with proven financial strategies to help women in STEM break free from debt, build confidence, and create lasting wealth.
My journey into financial coaching wasn't random—it was engineered through personal experience. Despite earning a competitive salary in a technical field, I witnessed firsthand how many brilliant women in STEM struggled with financial stress, lacked confidence in money decisions, and felt trapped despite their impressive credentials.
I decided to apply my analytical problem-solving skills to transform my own financial situation. The result? Becoming completely debt-free, paying off my mortgage, and achieving Baby Steps Millionaire status. This systematic approach to wealth building became the foundation for the coaching methodology I now share with clients.
In 2021, I founded Prosperous Panda with a clear mission: to empower women in technical fields with the financial strategies, confidence, and support needed to design lives on their own terms.
